At Bachaa Party, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure all clothing items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Select a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized Bachaa Party retail outlet.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
